How do wedding and memorial partnerships work?
Wedding and memorial offerings are managed venue partnerships rather than publicly priced one-time packages. Luuped works with wedding venues, chapels, funeral homes, and other service providers to create an ongoing display program around their event volume, content needs, and guest experience. Which rental units have touchscreen capabilities?
Our 49-inch and 55-inch kiosks are interactive touchscreens and support tap-based menus, directories, product information, event navigation, and lead-capture experiences when content is designed for touch. Our 75–80-inch large-format display is non-touchscreen, for videos, slideshows, branded signage, schedules, and welcome messages. All three units can display QR codes for visitors to scan with their phones.
Does the kiosk require Wi-Fi?
Preloaded images, videos, schedules, and welcome content can usually run without venue Wi-Fi. Web-based experiences, live social feeds, cloud content, or real-time information may require a dependable internet connection. We will confirm the connectivity plan before the event.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
For convention and other one-time rentals, a 50% nonrefundable retainer secures the reservation, with the remaining balance due seven calendar days before delivery. Bookings made within seven days require full payment at booking, and cancellations within seven calendar days of delivery are nonrefundable. Wedding and memorial partnership payment and service terms are included in the customized partnership proposal.
