Unusual access, after-hours handling, travel outside Las Vegas, and venue charges such as drayage, union labor, parking, electricity, or internet are quoted separately when applicable and confirmed before booking.

Standard Las Vegas delivery, setup, and pickup is $295 per booking. Share your venue, booth, show dates, move-in window, and pickup requirements. Venue approval, labor rules, drayage, electrical services, internet, parking, and other applicable fees may require additional arrangements.
Unusual access and after-hours handling are reviewed in advance. Venue or show-contractor services are not assumed to be included. Dedicated on-site staffing is available only if specifically included in your quote.

What is included with a standard rental?
The equipment rental includes a 55-inch touchscreen kiosk, complimentary setup of compatible finished files or an existing website, one template-based welcome screen with your logo, configuration, pre-event testing, one approved file replacement, and virtual support. Delivery, setup, and pickup are covered by the separate service fee shown below the pricing cards. Original content design, managed content rotations, and advanced interactive experiences can be added based on your needs.
Which content services are complimentary, and when do I pay for design?
For convention rentals, loading compatible finished images, videos, presentations, or an existing website or demo link is complimentary. We also include one template-based welcome screen with your logo, testing, and one approved file replacement. Original content creation is separate: the Managed Branded Experience is $350 for five sections with one proof and one revision. Larger or more complex interactive builds start at $795 and replace that service, rather than being charged on top of it. The fee depends on the design work required, not simply the number of files supplied. Website and demo links may require internet access and their own subscriptions; we confirm compatibility before booking.
Does the kiosk require Wi-Fi?
Preloaded images, videos, schedules, and welcome content can usually run without venue Wi-Fi. Web-based experiences, live social feeds, cloud content, or real-time information may require a dependable internet connection. We will confirm the connectivity plan before the event.
Where do you deliver, and is delivery included?
We deliver throughout Las Vegas. Delivery, setup, and pickup are charged together as one service fee, shown below the convention pricing cards. Your quote confirms the complete total and any special venue requirements before booking.
Can we rent a display for multiple days?
Yes. Single-day and multi-day rentals are available, including convention schedules that run for several consecutive days. Tell us your delivery window, show hours, and preferred pickup time, and we will build the rental period into your quote. Extensions are subject to availability.
Is on-site support included during the event?
Delivery, setup, testing, and pickup are included as specified in your quote. We provide a clear handoff and support for equipment-related questions during the agreed rental period. A dedicated on-site attendant or ongoing content operator is not included unless specifically added to the quote.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
For convention and other one-time rentals, a 50% nonrefundable retainer secures the reservation, with the remaining balance due seven calendar days before delivery. Bookings made within seven days require full payment at booking, and cancellations within seven calendar days of delivery are nonrefundable. Wedding and memorial partnership payment and service terms are included in the customized partnership proposal.
